Ticket terms
- Who we are. Whisky Wednesdays are organised by Ryan Pyle Productions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08532662). Contact: [email protected].
- What you are buying. Your ticket is a seat at a private tasting hosted at Milroy’s of Soho, 3 Greek Street, London W1D 4NX, on the date and at the time shown when you book. The whisky is served by Milroy’s. Each ticket is £125, paid in full when you book, and admits one person.
- Age. You must be 18 or over to attend. Please bring photo ID. Milroy’s may refuse service to anyone who cannot show ID or who it considers has had enough to drink, and no refund is due in that case.
- If you cancel. If you cancel at least 7 days before the evening, we will refund your ticket in full. If you cancel less than 7 days before, your ticket is non-refundable. You may transfer your seat to someone else at any time before the evening by emailing [email protected] with their name.
- If we cancel or move an evening. If an evening is cancelled or moved by us or by Milroy’s, you can choose a full refund or a seat on another date.
- On the night. Please drink responsibly. The host may ask anyone whose behaviour spoils the evening for others to leave, without a refund.
- Photographs. Ryan may take photographs during the evening and share them on social media. If you would rather not appear, just tell Ryan on the night or email us beforehand.
- Your details. We use your name and contact details only to manage your booking and to contact you about the evening. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Our responsibility. Except where the law does not allow us to limit it, our responsibility to you is limited to the price you paid for your ticket.
- Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
